We arrived Friday night to a spectacular sunset. We dropped our bags, made some drinks and headed right for the upstairs deck. The view is spectacular and the setting is truly one-of-a-kind. The sound 0f the water and of the surrounding boats is a memory I will cary with me for a long time. Thank you Bill and Mary. - Paul

WOW - the whole place feels like the captain's quaters on an old wood ship. The woodwork is beautiful and all the accomodations are there. Loved the jetted tub and the upstairs deck. Great place to watch the lake and sunsets. We'll be back next year. - Megan

The floating houseboat comfortably sleeps ten with luxury accomadations. each bed in a unuquely private and inviting nook framed by custom mahogany woodwork. (all linens and towels provided)

It's easy to relax by the cozy fireplace and watch the canada geese swim by or view the sparkling water from the spacious 400sq ft deck upstairs reflecting a majestic mountain backdrop..The Selkirks, the Green Monachs, and Cabinet Mountains overlook Lake Pend'Oreille, offering options for hiking, fishing, and mountainbiking.

Charter fishing, kayak and bicycle rentals are nearby. Golfing at the Idaho Club is a ten minute drive away. Horseback trail riding and mountain biking are favorite activities at Schweitzer Mountain Resort or ride the chair lift for the panoramic views of Priest Lake, Canada, Montana, and Sandpoint along the shores of Lake Pend'Oreille. Sandpoint has many special events Spring and Fall Fishing Derby, Lost in the 50's Arts and Crafts Fair at the city beach, Wooden Boat Show, non-profit Music Festival ,Draft Horse Show, and a great Rodeo at the fairgrounds just to name a few favorites.The Floating restaurant down the dock specializes in seafood and homemade huckleberry deserts.
